Mrs. Lanns-Monish was one of the founding members, past vice president and treasurer of The St. Kitts-Nevis Association of Chartered Accountants (SKNACA); past treasurer of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean (ICAEC); and past treasurer of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean (ICAEC) St.Kitts & Nevis Branch.

- Reviewed the Legal Profession (Accounts) Rules 2014 within the Legal Profession Act 2008 provided recommendations to The Council and prepared procedures for Trust Accounts.
- Made presentation to members of The St. Kitts & Nevis Bar Association on procedures that should be implemented for the Legal Profession (Accounts) Rules.
- Made presentation to members of The St. Kitts & Nevis Bar Association on “Accounting Obligations to Clients by Attorneys operating a Trust Account” – 18th April 2013
