As an Independent Consultant for major international banks in New York, Cleveland and Tampa, Mrs. Lanns-Monish documented procedures for the Custody, Portfolio Management Systems, Reconcilement and Support groups. Additionally, she produced manuals with online procedures for branches and back office accounting policies, procedures for Private Banking, Asset Management for clients’ investments as well as procedures to provide financial reporting on investment portfolios.

During the years 1985 and 1986 Marcella held the position of Corporate Accountant for a major financial Institution and its subsidiaries in Toronto, Ontario.

Mrs. Lanns-Monish obtained her accounting and auditing training from the International Chartered Accountants firm, Dunwoody & Company, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In 1983, upon relocating to Toronto, Ontario, she held the position of Staff Accountant/Auditor with Friedman & Friedman, Chartered Accountants.
